Nicolle Rochelle, an actress who appeared on The Cosby Show four times as a child was taken  into custody after she stormed toward Bill Cosby topless as he arrived in court for his sexual assault retrial on Monday morning. Rochelle, had “Cosby” and “Rapist” painted on her back and “Women’s Lives Matter” written on her chest as well as names of women written across her body and appeared to be from the feminist group FEMEN, which was written on her arm.

A startled Cosby was held back as he exited his car and made his way to the courthouse. The protester jumped over a barricade and charged toward the police who wrestled her to the ground.

The comedienne is back in court after his rape trial ended in a mistrial last spring. Five days deliberating, the jurors were unable to come to a unanimous decision. Cosby is facing three counts of aggravated indecent assault.
