Falayn Ferrell a Co-Creative Director of Fade Media, LLC, is a native Houstonian. Falayn earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Florida A&M University. After graduation, she relocated to the New York tristate area to work for a leading Fortune 500 company. She quickly realized that her true passion lay in helping small businesses with their brand management and she was most inspired by helping non-profit organizations achieve their vision.
As one of the Creative Directors of Fade Media, Falayn works now to develop brand identities, design websites, create marketing collateral, and organize marketing strategies for small businesses and nonprofit organizations. Fade Media has orchestrated a series of marketing campaigns including, 2016 National Urban League Young Professionals Save Our Cities Conference, Houston Black Restaurant Week, and the Greater Houston Black Chamber campaign Houston Buy Black. In 2016, Fade Media was awarded with a American Marketing Association Crystal Award for their excellence in design.  Her firm’s heart for giving back to the community is what truly makes her company one to watch. Their recent event series, The Urban Code, created a platform to allow the technology community and young adults to use their talents to implement social change for the city of Houston.
