October 8, 2020 – CLEO TV’s NEW SOUL KITCHEN is bringing a soulful vibe to this week’s episode with Vegan Chef and Wellness Influencer Ahki along with Restauranteur, Entrepreneur and Host Chef Jernard Wells this Saturday, October 10 at 9 P.M. ET/8C and 9:30 P.M. ET/8:30C. The chefs invite us to join them for some full course fun in the kitchen – no meat required.

Soulful, hearty dishes intersect with vegan elements in the week’s New Soul KitchenChef Ahki prepares a flavorful and fragrant Moroccan Spiced Tagine over Quinoa, giving viewers the experience of observing restaurant-level precision within the comfort of their homes. Chef Jernard also pulls from his past vegan journey and prepares a Smoky Black Bean Mushroom and Beet Burger with a spicy Vegan Spread.
